Phase 1: Preparation
At the beginning of the kitchen remodeling process, our team is getting to know you. During your free estimate and follow-up meetings, we ask you questions regarding ideas, preferences, and concepts for your kitchen. This is the perfect time for you to ask any questions regarding your remodeling project. We can always provide you with ideas based on past projects or what is popular in the industry as of now. The final portions of this phase include our designers finalizing a concept for your kitchen, you singing off on the design, and our team obtaining permits for the project.
Phase 2: Demolition
The first day of the kitchen remodeling project will include demolishing the old kitchen. This involves removing the cabinets, flooring, countertops, tile, appliances, and anything else that is being updated. We also start removing walls or changing the layout in this phase. Not all kitchen remodels see a layout change, so this phase may look different for your project.
Phase 3: Construction
After all the old is gone, we begin installing the new. We always start with new electrical and plumbing unless those features have been recently updated. Afterward, we can start installing drywall, countertops, cabinets, and flooring. The backsplash is applied after the countertops and cabinets are hung. We also paint the drywall before any of the other items are installed to prevent any accidents. The final things to install include the appliances. This phase does include a handful of inspections. We ensure you that our team’s work will pass inspections.
Phase 4: Completion
Finally, the last phase is the final inspection with the city inspector and the walkthrough with you! We will take you through your new kitchen, where you can see your investment pay off. Afterward, you can start enjoying your new kitchen.

We also recommend making a list of items or features that are must-haves and some that you can live without. Above all, make sure you have a budget pinned down.
