We recently completed a kitchen remodel with BBB and are very pleased with the final outcome. The professionalism, effort, and diligence the crew demonstrated throughout the project was truly impressive.

What Set Them Apart:

Like any construction project, we encountered some glitches and hiccups along the way. The team was incredibly responsive and willing to address every issue, no matter how small. Even when we said certain minor imperfections were acceptable, they insisted on coming back to fix them properly. This level of commitment clearly shows they prioritize customer satisfaction and take pride in delivering the best possible results.

Tips for Working with BBB (to make your project even smoother):

Discuss timeline expectations upfront:
- Have an open conversation about the project plan and realistic timelines at the beginning.
- Request regular status updates: Maintain a clear view of project progress and what work remains.
- Communicate clearly: When sending questions via WhatsApp to project managers, ensure all questions are answered thoroughly and remove any ambiguity.
- Inspect work as it progresses: Check quality regularly and point out any concerns early rather than waiting until the end.
- Verify measurements carefully: Double-check all measurements to ensure you order sufficient materials (tiles, countertops, etc.).

Bottom Line:

BBB's dedication to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction made our kitchen remodel a success. Their willingness to go the extra mile to fix even minor issues speaks volumes about their integrity. Highly recommended for your remodeling needs!

Excellent ADU Contractor – Highly Recommend!

We recently completed an ADU project with Jonathan, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. The entire team was professional, communicative, and truly cared about the quality of their work.

They guided us through every step of the process. From design and permitting to construction and final inspection.. Making what could have been an overwhelming project feel smooth and stress free. Their attention to detail and craftsmanship were exceptional, and the finished ADU turned out even better than we imagined.

The project stayed on schedule and within budget, and the crew kept the site clean and organized every day. We especially appreciated how responsive they were to questions and how they kept us updated throughout the build.

If you’re considering building an ADU, we can’t recommend Better Built Builders enough. They’re honest, skilled, and deliver beautiful results. We absolutely love our new space!
